The best I've used to date. Keep up the good work.
I love the exsim for ccna, it was worth the $85 spent. One comment is that I wish there were more practice exams. for CCNA there were 3 or 4 practice exams but i remember I wanted more. cause after a while you are answering questions based on memory not understanding. but overall, boson is a very good resource.
Boson practice exams helped me pass the CCNA after two months of study. I had some practical experience before and in-classroom training around 9 years ago but the timing was right and the preparation paid off. The subject matter of my exam was of course slightly off what Boson offers but if you combine these exams with other study materials/video courses or Boson's own course I'm sure everyone can pass. The simulation exams are absolutely more difficult and more stressful than the real thing especially if you challenge yourself to at least one question set in full simulation mode to practice a full exam with no assists on.
The ExSim-Max Practice Exam was a great addition to the various forms of practice I utilized to prepare for the exam. I loved how the lab simulations listed objectives that needed to be completed and allowed me to work through them the same way I would in the exam. The biggest reason I was able to pass the CCNA exam was due to the question difficulty. Many times the questions in the practice exam would be out of scope. This caused me to study harder and at times it made me doubt my preparedness, but I pulled through. My scores were the highest in sections I scored the lowest on in ExSim-Max Practice Exam and it's the reason I can say I'm CCNA certified today.
This Exam prep was a awesome tool. I was able to use this tool to study for the CCNA and passed on my first try. The tool is a great simulator to the real thing. The why they word the questions to the simulated Routers and Switches. Its a good tool for anyone that is going for their CCNA. I will be using the CCNP Ex-Sim for my next cert Prep.
Did all 4 practice exams and reviewed in study mode before my actual exam. Passed first try. I definitely feel like Boson prepared me for the types of questions I was given.
Thank you very much for the practise exam that you offer on your platform it's very valuable I have managed to pass my exam
The ExSim-Max for the Cisco CCNA is the best prepation tool for the CCNA. It really helped me get ready to pass the real exam. Same level of difficulty as the real exam (CCNA). boson provides 4 practice exams in this package, I completed them all and suceed the last 2. And I felt ready. I got the CCNA at the first try the same week after the last practice exam. While taking the real exam, it almost felt like I was doing the 5th ExSim-Max test from Boson. I highly recommend it. I'm confident that I'll use other Boson products for future certifications.
Extremely difficult exam that will prepare you well for the real thing.
Boson ExSim-Max was absolutely instrumental in my CCNA success due to its incredibly realistic question formats and lab simulations. The detailed explanations provided for both correct and incorrect answers were invaluable, turning mistakes into profound learning opportunities. I particularly appreciated how the practice exams mimicked the actual CCNA difficulty and time constraints, building crucial exam-day confidence. The variety of questions and the ability to customize tests helped me pinpoint and strengthen my weak areas effectively. If you're serious about passing the CCNA, investing in Boson is a highly recommended and worthwhile step.
Excellent job. The clear descriptions and information given after each test exam question provided relevant knowledge to the CCNA topics
This simulator carried me through the CCNA exam. I got it on my first try after studying using it. It is great!
It's really good exam prep app. The questions in Boson are hard in purpose to meet to the real conditions of exam/production. The questions cover a bit more than needed for CCNA what basically ensure the success on the exam. It doesn't replace the theory study and/or lab practicing. At my opinion it should be done before you get practicing exams on Boson. Once you know the theory and have "some" practice experience, the Boson detailed explanation about why the specific answer has been chose do makes a lot of sense. The explanation are written in plain English. English isn't my first language so it was a good benefit for me. I've just passed CCNA, due to studying and my hard work practicing on Boson ExSim.
I'm impressed with the level of detail and explanation for each question. It would be nice if it was possible to access the lab in learning mode. Otherwise, amazing!
It has been great, so I have even recommended the whole package to my co-worker!
It is a great tool to prepare CCNA. Totally recommend.
They definitely saved me on the CCNA, not sure how I would’ve passed without them.
thanks this was really useful for me.
Very similar to the real test questions wise and more difficult, which makes the test easier.
ExSim-Max Practice Exams were good. The quality/complexity of the questions is similar to what is comes in CCNA exam. That way ExSim-Max was very useful (wish I could have spent more time practicing the questions). That said, I had one suggestion for you guys: There should be a place where I can see all questions in an Exam grouped by Category. There is one way today — But I have to select it each time when I go back to that screen. It should stay slelected till I change the Selection or you guys should provide another way. Having CCNA Courseware/NetSim/ExSim-Max helped me a lot in preparing for CCNA Exam. These are the only materials/tools I used in preparing for the exam (I did not use any other course or materials). Very well organized and easy to follow — Five Stars(*****)
Boson ExSim-Max was a solid tool for my CCNA prep. The practice exams felt close to the real thing, and they really helped me figure out what I needed to focus on before test day.
I first was led on about Boson through Jeremy's IT LAB on YouTube. After much debate I decided to give it a try. I studied for 6 months and then decided to use Boson for my last month of exam testing. Best decision I ever made. I passed on my first try and I 100% believe that even with all the studying I wouldn't have passed if it weren't for Boson. I needed Boson to see how the CCNA was set up and how they present their questions as well as lablets (as cisco calls them). Boson allows for customization on their ExSim exams which allowed me to NEVER get the same exam twice. I was able to also time myself which helped me narrow down my testing even more for the real exam. I appreciate the help and will definitely be coming back for the CCNP exams!
Was fantastic prep. Questions worded similar to the ccna was able to pass first try.
It’s pretty good, and helpful. Sometimes it’s a pain to go back and forth between tabs, or I need to scroll up from the instructions to see some network info, and lose my place. I also once or twice failed a grade because of a random setting that wasn’t in the instructions. Overall it’s good though, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone taking the CCNA.
I went through the practice exams several times, and I have to say, they've done a great job in making the practice very, very similar to the real thing. I actually finished my CCNA exam with 29 minutes left — I honestly didn't find it all that difficult. Passed it first try! Definitely worth getting!
Boson is a great learning Tool. Of course you will not receive the same questions in the Exam but they are close to it.. I don´t have my exact score yet but I can surely say, with boson you not doing anything wrong.
I passed my CCNA on the first try yesterday and can say that the exam was far easier than the questions in the ExSim. This is a perfect tool for studying and understanding the key concepts and technologies. It goes in-depth with explaining the correct answer and has links to Cisco documentation which I found helpful. I can recommend checking which module is weaker for you and making a custom exam with questions from it. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the Boson Exsim. Good luck to all !
Thank you Boson!
Dear Boson, Your tests are a great source of knowledge and contain a lot of important information with excellent explanations. However, the exam looked completely different! I was really in despair when I saw the first 10 questions, as I realized I had been preparing for a different kind of information. Sorry to put it bluntly, but for this price, I was expecting something closer to reality. The exam I took a week ago was completely different in terms of the way questions were asked, the topics covered, and the required knowledge. I spent a lot of time with your exams and was passing them with flying colours, but I barely passed the CCNA exam. Please revise your tests as they could be misleading. Regards, Witold
I failed the boson exams but I passed the Cisco exams
Thanks to your simulation exams I have successfully passed my CCNA 200-301 exam! You're the best!
Great practice exams.
Absolutely wonderful. Definitely necessarily to pass CCNA 200-301.
It certainly helped me study for the CCNA 200-301 exam. Some content was even much more detailed than what was required for the exam.
Excellent Product…Excellent support and most up to date for exam preparation.
Great practice exams. Thorough explanations for each question. Highly recommended
Boson ex sim is the best practice exam for CCNA,i bought it based on Jeremysitlab recommendation,it prepares you so well for the exam, remember to give space while typing the range command example- int range ethernet 0/0 – 1,it really helped me clear my ccna on the first try
The material went above and beyond what I expected. After completing the material and passing the practice test consistently I confidently passed the CCNA in try.
Excelente simulador con casos específicos explicacion puntual y gran contenido de temas
Four days before the end exam, after studying all the material, I opened boson Exsim for the first time. I started exam A in study mode, got a 645 score. The next day I got a 760 on exam B. The day before the actual exam I did exam C and got a 810, still failed. Then I did the ccna exam and I passed. Boson Exsim helped me to get there and feel the confidence and familiarity with the test taking to pass.
Very helpful to highlight areas of weakness. The questions are harder than the real exam and thats a good thing
This product was highly recommended by Jeremy McDowell via his free CCNA course. Other sources pointed me in this direction as well, and I can see why. Pros +Lots of questions +When in study mode, the explanations are highly detailed, including explaining why something is right and, perhaps more importantly, why an option is wrong. +Source citations included. +Exam customization is very robust. +Lots of options for layout and color schemes. +Unlimited tests. Grill yourself as much as you want!!(This is easily the best aspect of the product as of 10/18/24). +Config labs can be very challenging Goes either way: =While the practice exams aren't easy by any stretch, I would say the actual test is still decently more difficult. Not a fault of Boson's seeing as how Cisco will change the content and style of their questioning as time goes on. At least as of 10/09/24(my exam date was 10/10/24), the difficulty and style were very different. Odds are this will seesaw depending on when you take it, but it is something to keep in mind!! There are people saying these questions match or exceed the difficulty of the real thing. This might have been true at one point, but I never saw it in any of Boson's marketing, so won't knock it for that. That said, if you aren't passing these(or even close to passing), you're probably not doing better on the real thing. Cons: -Config lab interface feels outdated. Can't do #int range g0/0-2,g1/1/1-3 have to do #int range g0/0 – 2 , g1/1/1 – 3(note the spacing). In fairness, most courses make you aware of the two ways to do the range command, but this does not reflect the actual CLI functionality you will run into. It was definitely a pain point in some config labs until a Google search added some clarity. -Config labs do not provide a comparison between the work actually done and the expected correct configuration. At least one of the labs is fairly long, and it would be nice to know why something is wrong. -Some questions are wildly out of scope of the exam. I get why they are doing this(the CCNA is known to be a little liberal with how it defines its own exam topics), but I think some go a little too far. Absolutely worth the investment, every penny, especially if your finances make second or third attempts spurious at best. First thing I did when I got my sub was take a simulated exam right away. My expectation was I'd be relatively close to passing, but the results were sobering, which I needed. If you aren't passing these, the CCNA is going to devour you. However, after only a couple of attempts, I saw significant improvement, and eventually I became consistent in passing. Yes, you will eventually start recognizing the questions. But as long as you work through them as though they aren't familiar, it will improve your chances on the real thing. The real final boss is some of the configuration labs. Some are pretty simple, but some are also quite extensive. Boson knocked these out of the park(the int range command notwithstanding). Final thoughts: Because of the infinite number of retakes, the various permutations of the practice exams, the explanations, and the ability to track my own progress, I walked into my testing center absolutely ready to take the CCNA. Anyone I come across saying they are prepping for the CCNA will be getting a very high recommend for ExSim from me. No reason not to give yourself a little insurance, that exam is not cheap.
Great tool, no regrets, i would recommend it to anyone studying towards their CCNA.
I got a 90% or higher on three consecutive Boson simulated exams, A,B, & C. The next day I took the Cisco CCNA exam and failed miserably. None of the practice labs captured the content of the real exams. Out of 89 questions I only felt around 10 – 15 questions covered material in the Boson exams. 5 years ago I used the Boson exams to ace the Cisco exam. I guess the quality of these exams have fallen dramatically in the past 5 years. I will not spend money of Boson exams in the future.
Really love the explanations. Great learning experience!
Pretty good so far
I like everything about it. I plan on buying Cisco Ccna Netsim but need to wait a couple weeks for $ before I can buy it.
ExSim is undeniably challenging, pushing users to memorize and apply knowledge in a way that simulates real exam conditions effectively. However, its Achilles' heel lies in referencing answers outside the provided CourseWare and NetSim materials. This unexpected scope can leave users feeling unprepared unless they're aware to seek external resources. A simple guide or emphasis within CourseWare on these additional references would bridge this gap, making ExSim not just a test of memory, but a fair one. Rating: 3 stars – Effective for memorization, but requires better integration with study materials for full effectiveness.
Great software, worth its money. I loved the explanations and how close exam is to the real thing. Realy great job, I thank you for doing such a great tool for learning CCNA. Only big minus is I could not see why my lab answer was wrong or at least the running config of the device after answer submission. With that feature the tool would be almost perfect, but even in it's current state this software is awesome.
Definitely worth it helped me prepare for the exam reviewing all the concepts needed to pass the test
The general consensus is that these are great practice exams. However, the fact that they are offered as a subscription with auto-renew automatically on is extremely scummy business practice. It would be so much better for the customer if you simply sent a confirmation email to renew. I feel bad for all of the people who have no doubt been giving the company $100+ a year for a product that they don't use, with the company just automatically charging them. I understand that this is good for the bottom line of Boson as a company, but I wish that these resources were available from a company with a sense of business ethics. My guess is that Boson does have a sense of business ethics, but chooses to ignore their ethics in favor of greed.
Incredibly challenging but helped me get over the finish line!
It has been a great product so far to show what my weak areas are. Will this be updating to support the new additions to the CCNA?
Honestly, I wouldn't have passed without this test sim. It helped substantially in looking at weak areas and being able to pinpoint specific topics I wasn't quite scoring well in. I went from 50-60% in some of the exam metrics and they shot up to 80-90% on the actual exam. Can't recommend this enough.

Been using the ExSim-Max for several months now. Overall it's good, but I have a few complaints. First, sims are prone to crash. If they do crash, you might as well quit the test and try a new one. If you resume the test, it may or may not get graded so your wasting time trying to finish it. There are essentially only 315ish questions. 105 questions in an A, B, or C exam. I could take exam A twice, but by the 3rd time I'm remembering the answers to questions not because I know the information but because I've unintentionally memorized the answer to the question. So not real great if you want a huge bank of questions that you can go through over and over. The questions and sims are pretty exam like though. If it wasn't for the propensity for the sims to crash and basically screw up your entire test, I'd give it 4 stars.
I feel this was an excellent set of practice exams and study material. I passed on my first attempt and I do not come from an IT background.
The questions were well worded and focused on mostly relevant information.
Subscribed ExSim on 18 Nov 2023, Achieved CCNA Cert on 8 Jul 2024. Say no more. Cert verification No. 499cd212a25242bbb0cad568e4026a2f
The overall experience is positive. The content is very good, and progress auto save is a nice feature. The next answer could maybe load a bit faster, but that is a minor gripe.
If you are studying for your CCNA, EX-Sim-Max and NetSim are hard to pass up. These tools helped my pass my CCNA. There is so much that might or might not be on your test, its like throwing a dart at a board trying to figure out what might be there, but this set of exams should have you covered, it helped me so much that I have to recommend it to you. Thanks again Boson for helping me accomplish my goal of passing the CCNA.
On the question that I did not answer correctly, it forced me to go back and read more about the topic and reading through several time I understood the subject.
A fleshed out exam simulation for the CCNA with challenging questions and good feedback on all your answers with perfect references! I wish there were more than 3 tests and the labs are lagging a bit, although the full price I payed is well worth it! I definitely recommend to everyone that tries to go for the CCNA!
So far Boson Exsim-Max have given me the feeling of the exam environment and helped me in identifying my areas of weakness. I am currently working hard in those areas using the ExSim-Max study mode and the additional links provided for further studies. I highly recommend this package for anyone who has watched video tutorials, and finished reading the OCG to purchase boson ExSim-Max to prepare for their exams.
The ExSim-Max product for CCNA 200-301 exam prep was fantastic! While the actual CCNA exam I took seemed more difficult in various areas compared to the Boson practice exams, I am still very grateful for having purchased this product. I am happy to report I passed my CCNA exam on the first try, which is definitely at least partly due to the ExSim-Max practice exams! Thanks for creating this awesome product, Boson!
ive already recommend it to 5 of my friend as it excellent
If you want the best exam experience this is the product that closely resembles if not is harder than the actually exam. It points out the main weaknesses you have with detailed information why it was wrong and additional third party resources not associated with them. The last part made it abundantly clear they are the best.
Amazing product and I would recommend to anyone!
After taking the official Cisco course and practice test, I walked confidently into 200-301 and was blown away with how much material was NOT covered by Cisco's courseware – I did not pass. I regrouped and spent an hour a day for a month running through Boson's ExSim-Max exams. The study mode had perfect explanations for each question, why the right answer was right and why the wrong answers were wrong. The questions covered every topic that I found on the actual exam. My subsequent sitting for 200-301 was a breeze and I was able to earn my CCNA.
I have passed my exam and have build the solid foundation of CCNA through this. I have utilized it's full potential. Hat's off for all the team of Boson that make this possible and are helping millions across the globe. 100% worth it.
Did not help me pass CCNA. Too many topics outside the scope of exam blueprint. A purchase I regret. I know they have reasons for doing things. Problem is, those reasons did not help me in the exam room. Maybe their exam session was not the same. I can only speak for me.
with this resource, I have cleared my CCNA 200-301 exam.
Along with a youtube series for CCNA studies, the Boson Ex-sim system thoroughly prepped me for the CCNA exam. I passed on the first attempt. Without Boson, I definitely would not have been ready. Worth the money 10 times over!
I used Boson for practice testing, the answer explanations really separated it from other tools I was using. The questions had a very similar feel to the real test and in many cases were harder than the real thing. I really don't know if I would have gotten it if I didn't use Boson.
The Boson practice test was phenomenal for helping me prepare for the real CCNA. I was able to past the test 2 weeks ago thanks to Boson CCNA 200-301 practice test. I recommend everyone studying for CCNA to get this test! Thanks Boson for putting together such a great practice test!
The questions are similar to the ones in the exam. Without this, i don't know if i would have passed.
While it has good questions in the practice exams, but it is not even close to the actual question in the actual CCNA exams.
Great simulation of the actual test. Made sure I could consistently pass each test with at least 800 before scheduling the actual exam. Passed CCNA on my first try
I have used this product 4 years ago an it helped me pass the old version of the test and they did not disappoint with the new one. Make sure you pay attention to the WiFi subjects and I would highly suggest running through test configs of the WLC. Will be using this company for further tests. A word of advice, if you go through the tests and get a consistent 90% or higher, you should be food on the exam.
Question explanations and links really help you get a great grasp on the subject and Boson wording is similar to actual test great resource well worth it.
The ExSim-Max for Cisco is quite hard and gives a real feel of what the exam is really about. It helped me a lot in preparing for the exam. I studied for a month and half and managed to pass on the first try. I totally recommend!!!
Decent
helped me to pass my exam, thanks boson thanks Jeremy you have been an amazing teacher
Boson is the closest tool your going to get with Cisco's style of testing. EXSim/Labs and going back and understanding your weaknesses in certain areas, Cisco asks everything in a broad range. Understand outputs and reading diagrams please !!!
I made sure to get every sub-netting question right with practice of Boson!
I was put under the impression that Boson had the absolute best practice tests you could buy for the CCNA 200-301 exam. After purchasing the product and taking the exams, I felt that the questions were a.) incredibly challenging b.) too niche and specific. Having now taken and passed the CCNA exam, I can fully say that this product is not the best option out there for you to prepare for the CCNA. My recommendation is to buy the two-book official cert guide and utilize the gigantic question bank that comes with it. I'm sure there are plenty of people that will disagree with me, but I do not recommend this product. It is frustratingly challenging to just be challenging for no real reason.
Using boson, I was able to get the jargon of the CCNA down pat and that helped me immensely in passing the CCNA on 10/17/2022.
The exam simulator question really help me to reinforce my understanding of what i have learned, and made me confidence to take the real exam.
I took and failed the CCNA 200-301 after a year of studying and 2 Udemy courses and using Netsim and Exsim. I went through the Exsim many times and compared to what I had on the test I did not feel prepared with what was on the Exsim compared to the test. There was a good amount of programming, security, and network connectivity questions that the Exsim did not prepare me for. I will also have to look towards other material with regards to simulations and lectures as well. Not happy at all
I was able to pass the CCNA exam in February 2022 and this tool was very helpful to check where I was before the exam. I didn't take the exam until I got good score here and then I passed the exam.
Boson exsim is one of the most in-depth practice exam I've used, it really tests the details of each topics. Many questions are actually more difficult than what you will see in actual exam, so you might get discouraged at first, but I don't think its a bad thing that practice exam has higher difficulty than actual, better than the other way around, right? I wouldn't recommend you jump into exsim as soon as you finish your textbook study (e.g. Wendell OCG), but rather experience other materials that are "easier" and cover wider range of topics if time and budget allow. Once you have a certain level of knowledge and confidence in all topics, maybe 1 week or so before your exam, go for exsim, find your weak spot and study them hard. My only regret was that I bought exsim too late (2 days before exam) and it almost gave me a heart attack with those questions. It also prepares you for the exam mentality. Because in real exam there is almost certainly going to be a few difficult, somewhat weirdly specific questions, and you need to learn not to be overwhelmed and adjust yourself in real time. (I know I have, but can't talk about it cuz of NDA) Overall, really good education software, highly recommended. p.s. I got 930. Lastly, just a bit of venting. I saw comments online say Boson Exsim experience is close to the real exam. That is not true, real exam UI is much worse. In fact most CCNA practice exam has much better UI than the real one which was probably designed when Myspace was still a thing.
passed my exams, these are the real questions
Although the questions aren't as complicated as the ones in the actual exam Boson Exsim is an invaluable tool to ready your mind for how the exam questions are worded and what kind of questions you can expect to see!
I attempted one of the practice exams yesterday afternoon and found the questions challenging, they exposed my weak areas for the CCNA 200-301. Viewing previous exam attempts is quite the process unfortunately and took me around 30 minutes to figure out. If the process for viewing previous exam attempts was more intuitive, then i would give this 5 stars
The questions I found here were a key to pass the exam. I passed it on September 2021.
First review after around 2 hours of usage. I am missing the option to separate the questions based on the CISCO NetAcad Modules. This would allow the students to review the material chapter by chapter. I am not completely through the CISCO NetAcad course and would like to adapt my learning progress to this learning tool. I like the detailed explanations given for every single question. Regards Sven
I would like to download ExSim-Max Online – NEW! I've had the ExSim-Max for Cisco 200-301 CCNA for over a 1 and a half but I want to be able to go to ANY computer and use the web-based version. Is this possible or do I have to essentially order the same product to access the 300+ questions a different way?
When I would go back to review questions prior to submission, I noticed that a few of the questions I answered were unchecked somehow (on multiple tests). I then would check the answer again, move forward and back to ensure my selection stayed. It did not on both tests. Whatever your score is, add 20 points minimum. to your results. For $100 and only getting 300 question pool, you should be able to have a history of the practice tests you took to review. If you close the test, and browser session, that's it. You can't go back to review the test. They expect you to sit at the computer for two hours taking the test and then another 2-3 hours reviewing it. Pretty dumb for those of us with families and lives.
Great product. It's not perfect. No prep software is, but I truly couldn't have passed the test without it. Exsim really prepared me for the test, not only with the gaps I needed to fill in but how to go about studying and choosing my answers. It's a great tool to use. I plan on using Boson again for CCNP.
Well what i can say more? I Passed my CCNA exam, i think boson is doing great job. Don't forget to base on some free course matierials and book exam questions. Those three steps will really make a guy with CCNA badge!
The ExSim-Max ist the best exam training simulator I've ever used. I'll definetly look forward to get all my future learning material from boson. Thanks alot & keep up the great work!
I passed my CCNA 200-301 and this software helped me a lot. Many people do not understand how to use this Exsim and pass, some people do the simulation exam by memorising the questions and answers which will never help at all. You should use it as a study material not just question answer stuff i.e "read the answer's explanation very well and make your own note + flash card, either you answer it correctly or not, read the correct and incorrect answers
This was my go to product for the CCNA 200-301 exam.
very resourceful, detailed explanation of each question. Worth the money!
I passed my CCNA thanks to this on my 1st attempt.
I just failed the CCNA 200-301 exam. While the information provided was helpful it was not enough to prepare you for the actual exam.
Love the labs however I see nothing for network automation for 200-301. Cisco doesn't specify to configure anything for network automation in the 200-301 based off the exam topics but it should be included in my opinion. Instead that's included in 350-401. Why there are boson specific commands when configuring a PC? Why not use the real commands when configuring the IP info? I've also noticed limited command functionality in ios. One example, when entering the interface range command, it has to be in int range gi1/0/1-2 (no spaces), not int range gi1/0/1 – 2 which is supported in ios. I have tested this on multiple switches. Why can't I replicate a production network in your software if I choose. Instead I am limited on the devices I can add to a topology.
Phenomenal analysis of answers in full justification that leaves no doubt. Work has certainly been made by amazing people that know how learning is done.
The pros are the simulator functions pretty well, I like how we can read up on the stuff later and the various modes. What I felt lacking is the limited OS compatibility option it needs to be extended to Linux. It also needs an option to remember our previous scores with a category-wise breakdown. If they can reduce the price like for us Indians especially students it would be appreciated. Haven't sat for the exam yet can't tell about how the sim fares to the actual exam.
Thanks alot Boson for putting up the Ultimate test preparation Simulator. Simply Amazing and well Put.
Please by my program
The new Cisco exam is garbage to begin with. Second the test prep lacks the automation and cloud components tested on the actual exam. 200-301 exam is all cisco trivia. I would not hire you if passed this exam, it shows no actual skill set.
I have used the ExSim-Max for CCNA 200-301 and passed at the 1st try. The exam scenario was very well recreated, all the questions thoroughly explained and I am pretty sure that this material helped me with my real exam a lot. Would definitely recommend it! Marcin
Worked my way up to getting 95% or better on all of the offered exams and have now failed the test twice. The Boson tests were helpful in learning some topics, but my scores of 757, and now 765 today have proven not enough. This is with also using the official cert guide, and watching the videos and doing the labs of Bombal / Jeremy etc.
Very disappointing as today i failed my ccna exam. Those mcq didn't even appeared any in actul exam.
This exam helped me find and focus on areas I didn't know I was having issues with. With that extra help and knowledge, I was able to pass the CCNA
I had been using the practice exams for the past two weeks. The smart feature indicated I knew the info for the topics, except for 10-11 questions. The night before the exam I did one more practice run and scored in the mid 900's. On my first attempt at the exam I didn't pass. The exams were not thorough in some areas and too heavily weighted in others when it came to the questions.
Hi everybody , Today I so happy finally passed my exam the 200-301 exam and so grateful. Many of the questions in this ExSim-Max was useful for reviewing topics again , thank for all 🙂
I purchased these testes to help identify any areas that might be lacking in my preparation for the CCNA. I was totally surprised at how thoroughly Boson made the test review portion. Not only do they tell you what the right answers are, and why, but they give you great links to needed info so that you can take your understanding to the next level! Highly Recommend.
Great product, passed my CCNA first time, I used a combination of the official Cisco course "Implementing and administering Cisco solutions" the Cisco practice exams and this ExSim-MAX product from Boson. Without the ExSim I definitely would not have passed, running through these practice exams was the best prep I could have done, highly recommended!
I wish there were more questions though. I feel like there were some topics that weren't covered properly.
Important information can be found in the answers from the ExSim-Max to fill up knowledge you missed out. If you are taking your exam, do yourself a favor and buy it to test yourself. Good Luck!!
I've recently took the 200-301 exam and passed. Many of the questions in this ExSim-Max were relevant, but not in any way asked in the same matter as the real exam. I'd say that maybe 10-15% of the question were exact match, but not more than that. If I were solely only to use the ExSim-Max practise exam I would not pass the exam. Thankfully I've got a lot of experience that made me pass this.
I used Udemy before this and all their content didn't help me pass. I used this ExSim and I passed though it didn't hit on everything on the test. I would give it a 4.5 because I was wanting a higher score to bet a coworker and didn't get it because there were topics not covered on this exam.
So I grabbed the practice exams to study before my CCNA, figured their guarantee of "pass or your money back" made it a no-brainer. I used CBTnuggets to learn the CCNA material before using these tests. Well, I PASSED on my first time taking the test today and I definitely owe at least half of the credit to the Boson practice exams! You get 3 different tests each consisting of 103 exam questions, which is how long the CCNA exam is. If you set it in study mode, you can choose to have the answers shown to you and the answers are explained in paragraphs worth of detail with links to additional study material as well. When you submit all your answers at the end it gives your simulated CCNA exam score with a breakdown by category so you can see what areas you are strong and weak in. The format and questions used in the practice exam were very similar to the real exam. I definitely felt prepared for the way the real CCNA exam was presented. All in all, I am highly satisfied with this product and recommend it to anyone taking the CCNA exam after you have finished learning the material. If you are on the fence, you can try a free demo exam that is a few questions long and you will get a feel for the product.
Used Boson to study the new CCNA exam topics and passed. The explanations are what make this vital!
I passed my ccna(200-301) exam(self study, with first attempt and with high score 938)using the kit for ccna.I fully recommend it.
Hi, So here is the thing. Even if you pass the Sim exams here, it's advised to read through the entire explanation too. It's a very tight set of questions and I saw around 70% of questions matching the Practice Questions. Some of them are reworded, but it's right there. Great explanation and wide set of questions. One thing that helped my was to set aside 4 hours day before exam and did all the questions in one sittings. Be patient and read the question. That's all. Thank you Boson!
I'm grateful for the resource Boson has created, the only reason it's not a full stack of stars, not compatible with Mac OS.
My overall satisfaction with this course is extremely positive. They have trained staff that respond to your questions, if any, in a timely manner. I have recommended Boson to some of friends already. I am completely satisfied from day one.
I was profoundly prepared to the exam, but I am sure I would fail. The Boson ExSim helped me to organize the time during exam and I passed it with score of 957!
I have gone through Boson's practice test series for 200-301 prior to taking the actual exam (which I passed on my first attempt). I have been analysing the answer review that they have provided under each question, building up a mental framework of the structure and requirements of the CCNA 200-301 – and the Boson ExSim-Max did not disappoint. The practice test series have enhanced my comprehension of Cisco's Network Administration portfolio.
Morning All, Tested out yesterday with a 943/1000. The Boson exam tracks with 200-301 very well. Number of questions, type of questions and topic align with the test. The explanations for each answer are detailed and the references current. I run Windows via VMWare on a Macbook. The Boson software installs and runs without issue. Operates as expected. If I had a question regarding an exam item, I often received a response within 48 hours. Along with the Boson exam, I used Wendell Odom’s CCNA Library. The two compliment one another and the library is highly recommended. Best Wishes to anyone practicing. P.S. Juniper devices have come along the last few years and are used more and more. Please consider producing an ExSim product for JNCIA-JUNOS and JNCIS-ENT.
I have the utmost confidence in the Boson product line. Their test prep and labs are as close as one can get to the actual vendor test environment. I feel confident the 200-301 will be no different. You can purchase the 200-301 exam prep, master the material, then walk into the Pearson Vue testing center with complete confidence.
